    • 4. Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the Suspension, etc. requires a large amount of cost or other difficult circumstances and alternative measures can be taken to protect the rights and interests of the user, these alternative measures will be taken.

    • 1. The contents of this Policy can be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
